I haven't had much time to blog in a while!
During the day the time I have to myself while the boys are napping is spent exercising and showering.
I have to say I am feeling pretty great about myself. For the last month I have exercised at least 5-6 days a week. Usually for minutes to an hour. I have really noticed a difference and the weight is coming off so easily! I really have to be careful to not lose to much to fast. Overall I feel better about myself and I have way more energy. You can't have too much energy when you are a mother to a 2 year old and a 5 month old. They really keep me on my toes!
Hope to find a little more time and start blogging a bit more often!
